AT Still University (ATSU), established in 1892, is a private institution based in Kirksville, Missouri, United States. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Amongst many things, ATSU has the privilege of setting up the world’s first osteopathic medical school. AT Still University is, in fact, renowned for its medical programs.
