Formerly the Culinary School of the Rockies, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (AESCA) was founded in 1991 in Boulder, Colorado. The school offers a range of programs for those who are interested in culinary arts. These include professional diploma programs as well as classes for food lovers. Auguste Escoffier offers a variety of learning options including culinary arts programs that span over 6-weeks.
