What is Pre-school?
The learning experience for your child before entering formal education is generally referred to as Pre-school Education. It usually caters to children aged three to six depending upon the statutory laws of the relevant area. The pre-school experience improves all round development of a child and serves as a milestone in a child's life. Children discover and assimilate quite rapidly at this stage of development expressing a natural curiosity about things in their surroundings. Rote counting, the ability to recite numbers in their proper order, is a very popular part of the curriculum for this age. They like to do more things on their own and love to help with anything they can. At this age their co-ordination has improved a lot and their body proportions have changed. They also become responsible for their own simple hygiene.
